Overview:
This one-day course provides students with an introduction to implementing Group Policy in a Microsoft Server 2003 environment and managing the user environment using Group Policy.
The course addresses some of topics covered in the 5-day, Microsoft 2274 course.  This course will help prepare the student for the Microsoft 70-290 exam.  This is a core exam for the Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA) and Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) certifications.

Prerequisites:
Prior to attending this class, students should have the following experience:

1. CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent knowledge and skills
2. CompTIA Network+ certification or equivalent knowledge and skills
3. An understanding of managing user and computer accounts and groups in Server 2003

Behavioral Objectives:
Upon successful completion of this course, students should be able to:

1. Implement Group Policy.
2. Manage the user and computer environment by using Group Policy.
3. Audit accounts and resources.
